Molly O’Connor recently joined CBS Sports Radio and After Hours with Amy Lawerence to discuss how her personal experience as a road runner inspired her to open The Mobile Locker Co. and how the organization has grown to be the largest mobile locker service in the United States. O’Connor also shares how she pivoted her business with fans out of the stands and how she continues to expand despite the unpredictable and unsettling times.

As a female in the highly concentrated male-dominated sports industry, O’Connor has been able to triple her fleet while opening operations in five new regions. With great vision and execution, O’Connor has positioned The Mobile Locker Co. to blanket the U.S. and Canada, while forming trendsetting partnerships with NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and MLS, multiple PGA Tour events, collegiate football, and major concert and event venues from coast to coast. O’Connor has subsequently risen quickly to national prominence thanks to her dynamic personality and problem-solving skills.
